FASCINATION FACTORY PARTY AGREEMENT

I certify that the information I have included in this reservation form is accurate.

By completing this reservation and booking a party at Fascination Factory, LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. General Policies, Waivers & Host Liability

Participation Waiver: I agree that I have read and agree to all terms set forth in the standard Fascination Factory Participation Release and Waiver Agreement (available to read here). Fascination Factory has provided this Party Agreement with the assumption that I have read and agreed to all policies before reserving my party.

Assumption of Guest Liability: As the host of this party, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all liability for myself, the minor participant(s) I am hosting, and all of my invited guests. I willingly assume any risks associated with our presence and participation as outlined in the Participation Release and Waiver Agreement.

Health & Safety Guidelines: Every guest must sanitize their hands upon entering Fascination Factory. Every guest must comply with any COVID-19 or other health guidelines required by the State of Michigan or Oakland County Department of Health for the business. Additionally, you agree to notify Fascination Factory immediately if your child is ill the week of the party. 

Shoe-Free Zone: Fascination Factory is a shoe-free zone. All guests must wear socks. Socks will be available for purchase for any guests who do not have them.

Guest Compliance: I am responsible for ensuring all of my guests comply with Fascination Factory’s stated rules, safety signs, and verbal instructions from staff.

2. Payments, Deposits & Fees

Initial Deposit: To reserve the party date, I will make an initial deposit due upon registration. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. Until the deposit is made, the date remains available to the public.

Balance Due: The remaining balance for the party package I reserved is due fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled party date and will be automatically charged to my card on file. At which point, the full payment is non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Because the facility is reserved privately for the event, all deposits and final payments are strictly non-refundable, and  party rescheduling is not allowed.

Arrival, Departure & Overage Fees: Party Hosts are permitted to arrive and depart 15 minutes before and after your event. I am aware that  any additional time is subject to incur additional fees of $50.00 per 15-minutes, which will be automatically added to the balance due.

Final Invoice: On the Monday prior to the event, a final invoice will be generated for any additional headcount, food, or approved add-ons above the base package cost.

Declined Payments & Late Fees: If the card on file is declined for the balance or final invoice, payment must be resolved immediately. A $5.00 per day late fee will be applied for any payments not received within the stated time, and the party may be subject to cancellation.

Headcount Changes: The final count of participants must be given by the Monday prior to the event. Any headcount additions made after this deadline will result in an additional $10.00 late-change fee per child to accommodate expedited staffing adjustments.

Cleaning & Damages: Fascination Factory expects reasonable wear and tear from a fun party! However, should the event leave the facilities (Fascination Factory) in an excessively messy condition, or should the guests cause damage to the property or equipment, I, the Party Host, will be subject to additional cleaning and/or replacement fees.

3. Food & Party Logistics

Facility Seating: The party seating is static. Fascination Factory offers a sofa/family area and a cafe with 30 seats available for your group to use. No additional structured seating is available, and furniture must remain in its original place.

Nut-Free Facility: Fascination Factory is a nut-free facility. When bringing my own food for the party, it is my responsibility to verify that it is nut-free.

Alcohol Policy: For safety reasons, alcoholic beverages are strictly not permitted on the premises.

Food Service Timing: To ensure a smooth event, food will not be served until the last 30 minutes of the event. There will be no turnover time between the meal and dessert (if applicable).

Package Rules: I understand that if I have booked the "Piece of Cake" base package, no full meals or hot catering are permitted. Meals are only permitted if I have purchased the Classic Plus or Custom Soirée upgrades.

4. Outside Vendors, Decor & Restrictions

Approval Required: Strictly no outside vendors, entertainers, or custom decor installations are permitted unless the Custom Soirée upgrade has been purchased. For VIP Custom Soirée parties, all outside vendors, food, and decorations must be pre-approved by Fascination Factory management, and are subject to refusal if not approved.

Decor Restrictions: Confetti, bubbles, piñatas, sparkles, and open flames (with the exception of birthday candles) are strictly prohibited.

Totcercise Soft Play: For Custom Soirée events with Totcercise Soft Play add-ons, I understand that Totcercise requires a separate signed vendor agreement.

5. Staffing & Communication

Child Supervision: Each child must be accompanied and supervised by at least one (1) adult. Children may not be left at any party unattended.

Party Fascinators: The Party Fascinators (staff) are responsible for the following: greeting  guests, collecting gifts/bringing them to the Party Hosts’ car, tidying during open play, and engaging with guests to create a wonderful atmosphere for my child’s special day. If I need additional staff for stations and/or structured activities, this must be communicated in advance to the Party Coordinator and additional fees are required. Party Fascinators are not responsible for the following: sole supervision of participants or early food setup/cleanup.

Party Coordinator: All pre-party details will be communicated with the Party Coordinator to ensure a successful event. The Party Coordinator will not be in attendance on the day of the event.

Communication: I authorize Fascination Factory to use my cell phone number to text me with party updates.

6. Payment Authorization I hereby authorize Fascination Factory, LLC to utilize the credit/debit card on file for payment of the initial non-refundable deposit, the 14-day remaining balance, and any final add-ons, headcount adjustments, overage time fees, late fees, or cleaning/replacement fees associated with my event. I authorize Fascination Factory, LLC to retain and electronically store the card information on file in a secure credit card management system, and I release Fascination Factory, LLC from any liability associated with this authorization, including, but not limited to, any unauthorized charges not made by Fascination Factory, LLC.
